Had a lovely weekend in this beautiful holiday home that is located in the most sought after area of the park (the sea scape) We have stayed in this location many times but first time privately with these owners who literally could not do enough for us…from start to finish…every detail thought of and they made sure we had the best experience in their beautiful holiday home. Spacious holiday home with everything you could think of included, 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite and the most storage we’ve seen to date including a lovely window seat in the double bedroom. We visited with our 2 kids and my mum..plenty of space for us all. Thank you to the lovely owners once again, we are already looking to book for later again this year…high recommend!

Just returning from staying in this beautiful caravan and we were sad to say goodbye. The caravan is very well equipped with home to home features. We also had the privilege of meeting Anne and Frank who went above and beyond with their hospitality. One morning at 12.30am our electricity tripped as we had too many appliances running but Frank and Anne was very quick to rectify the situation as the problem could only be fixed in the morning. Therefore we were compensated with late check out and free breakfast at the clubhouse. So yes, I would highly recommend staying in this caravan as the caravan itself was immaculate and had all necessities needed. Thank you Anne and Frank for wonder stay and we look forward to coming back next year!

We stayed in this stunning caravan for the week & the only complaint that it wasn’t long enough! We had a lovely welcome pack when we arrived, the caravan was immaculate and already equipped with everything we needed. The views were stunning & very central to everything. Frank & Hilda Anne uphold a very high standard of hospitality & we cannot wait to book another holiday here, thank you very much!

We had a great week here. The caravan is very comfortable, clean and well equipped (thankyou for our starter gift pack). There is a great view from the caravan and a lovely decking that has the sun all day. The town is within walking distance where there is plenty to do and places to eat, sitting either inside or out. We would love to visit again.

My wife & I have been visiting St andrews for a few years and always had hotel accommodation, but found it very difficult to aquire hotel accommodation due to pandemic but luckily managed to book this static home and it was the best decision we made. Very clean, owners and a home from home cosy,clean & comfortable everything we wanted and will book again. John kelly

We had the warmest of welcomes on arrival at the lovely accommodation. Exciting news of free to use beach toys and refreshments and snacks, which were much appreciated after an enormous journey. The panoramic window with mesmerising views of the sea and beach and across to the impressive historic buildings of St Andrews town and university is incredible. So much to see and do all within walking distance. Many places to eat and drink, shop and explore, not to mention the golf, aquarium and swimming pool. We were so sad to leave.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful caravan in St Andrews. The property is perfectly situated with stunning views of the surrounding countryside—a real treat to wake up to each morning. Whether enjoying a coffee on the deck or relaxing in the lounge, the scenery added so much to the overall experience.
The caravan was modern, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, with two comfortable bedrooms and a convenient 1.5-bathroom setup—ideal for families or small groups. Everything was well maintained, and there was plenty of space to relax and unwind.
The living and dining area was cozy and bright, with large windows that really made the most of the view. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to cook and dine in.
We also really appreciated the great service—friendly, professional, and prompt. The hosts provided clear communication and helpful local tips, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, this caravan offered the perfect mix of comfort, scenery, and hospitality. It’s a great base for exploring St Andrews and the surrounding area. We’d definitely come back again and highly recommend it to others!
